1 Vitamin C

Protection Phase

5 grams of powdered ascorbic acid daily 
(mix the dose in a litre bottle of water)
Sip throughout the day and night

Infection Phase

You need to bring your Vitamin C dosage up to bowel tolerance level. This is done as follows;

10 grams of powdered ascorbic acid (mixed in 500 mls of water) 
Drink this mixture every hour

Take another 10 grams each hour thereafter until your reach gut tolerence level. Symptoms of which will be either foul smelling wind or osmotic diahhorea or both. 

Once you have reached your gut tolerance level (this is different for everyone, it may be 60 grams or as much as 100 grams or more) the next day reduce your dosage by 70% of bowel tolerance, for example if your bowel tolerance level was 100 grams, then you would take 70 grams per day (mixed with water and sipped throughout the day) until symptoms subside. This may take some weeks as we know the virus is very persistent.

It will take some time to recover from this illness, the reason is because if you have lost haemoglobin, in as far as the iron has been stripped out of it, you will affectively be anaemic until the bone marrow can make some new red blood cells – it takes 90 days to make new red blood cells. If you don’t rest and look after yourself, you could end up with a chronic post viral fatigue.

2 Iodine Tincture

Protection Phase

Skin contact 

Mix one-part of Lugol's Iodine 15% Tincture to 10 parts of oil. 

Any fat will do but coconut oil is good choice because coconut oil is directly toxic to Covid-19. 

Use a grape sized amount and rub it into your hands, forearms and face before going out.

This home made hand sanitiser will contact kill any virus within seconds.

For every foreign contact like opening doors, picking up plastic, going shopping etc..

Inhalation

2 drops of Lugol’s Iodine 15% Tincture into a salt pipe.

Sniff the salt pipe a couple of times a day or more. 

If you can smell the iodine you have a therapeutic dose.

This will line your airways, including your lungs, which will contact kill the virus in seconds.

NB: A Salt Pipe is a delivery mechanism for the inhalation of iodine. It is a plastic pot with sea salt inside.

Please note - although it is unusual to have an allergy to iodine, before using iodine do a skin patch test. Put one drop of iodine on your forearm, rub it in and leave it for twenty-four hours (it will stain your skin initially, but your body will absorb it quickly). If you are allergic, you will develop a red rash. If no rash appears, you are good to go.  

Infection Phase

Sniff the salt pipe every hour at the first sign of symptoms and continue to do so until symptoms ease off.

3 Vitamin D3 

Take 10,000 iu daily for the next three months to bring Vitamin D levels up to an immune protective level.

Reduce to 5000 iu daily thereafter to maintain that level.

Vitamin D will also strengthen your bones, especially if taken with K2.
